Welcome to DocQura. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our queue management website, patient applications, and doctor portal services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.


1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DocQura (including our website docqura.com, patient application, and doctor application), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services. DocQura provides queue management software and is operated in accordance with the laws of India.

2. User Accounts & Security

To use the queue tracking and scheduling services, you may be required to log in via phone OTP or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Medical & Emergency Disclaimer

DocQura is strictly a scheduling, token assignment, and queue status tracking platform. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR HEALTHCARE SERVICES. In the event of a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or contact emergency medical services immediately. The consultation relationship is strictly between the patient and the healthcare provider.

4. Accuracy of Queue Estimates

Estimated wait times and active token counts displayed on DocQura are approximations generated in real-time based on current clinic flow and doctor input. Delays, pauses, or changes to the queue sequence can occur due to medical emergencies, clinical needs, or doctor availability. DocQura is not liable for any discrepancies in estimated times.

5. Data Privacy & RLS Protection

We take data security seriously. Your medical information, prescriptions, and personal details are protected using industry-standard encryption and Row-Level Security (RLS). Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DocQura and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, or the services provided by any clinic or doctor listed.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
